Aidan Hanna
PHYSIOTHERAPIST - PRACTICE OWNER
For Aidan, being an active person who enjoys sports, especially rugby union, Physiotherapy seemed like a natural progression. Aidan graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. In South Africa, Aiden carried out a year of public service in the public health sector before moving to Australia. Working in Queensland first before moving to Bunbury and joining our Progress team.
Aidan has completed level 1 and 2 sports physiotherapy and has attended courses in strength and conditioning. Aidan is passionate about helping people move and feel better and thoroughly enjoys supporting our local sporting teams in Bunbury. You will recognise Aidan from his contagious smile. Outside of work Aidan enjoys spending time with his wife, son and their 2 dogs.
Monica Galati
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Monica is an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist who has completed her physiotherapy degree in 2018. Her passion for sport and treating athletes with injuries had inspired her to study and complete her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy in Sports through Curtin University. This allowed her to gain further experience in rehabilitation and management for athletes, training with physiotherapists who work in elite sport and manage complex conditions.
She worked with Perth Glory A-League in her practical experience in the Master’s degree. She has also travelled and worked as a physiotherapist for the U16s Girls Australian Hockey National Championships in Hobart and has worked with National Premier League players and Australian Rules Football players. She has also led dynamic injury prevention warm ups for various sports such as volleyball, netball, and soccer.
Monica’s clinical interests include hip and groin, knee, ankle, and shoulder injuries, as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. She also provides injury risk screening and load management strategies to help athletes throughout the season. Monica thrives on tailoring individualised exercise programs that help individuals achieve their goals and maintain long term success. Monica values working collaboratively with specialists, other health professionals, and coaches to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.
Outside physiotherapy, Monica enjoys playing tennis, watching a wide variety of sports, cooking, and hiking!
Tim Squire
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
With more than 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist, Tim Squire brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and practical expertise to helping people move better, recover from injury, and achieve their health goals. Tim has a particular interest in spinal health, with extensive experience managing neck pain, headaches, and other musculoskeletal conditions. His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy and soft tissue techniques with tailored strengthening and mobility programs, empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to manage their condition and prevent future episodes of pain.
When designing exercise and gym-based rehabilitation programs, Tim focuses on functional training that translates into real-life movement and everyday activities, helping patients build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Outside the clinic, Tim enjoys trail running, tennis, ultimate frisbee, and outdoor adventures. He is also a proud member of the Castaway Shantymen, combining his love of music with community involvement.
Chanté McGear
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Chanté is a passionate physiotherapist who now calls Western Australia home. She graduated from the University of the Western Cape with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and has experience working across both public and private healthcare settings.
Throughout her career, Chanté has treated people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them recover from injuries, manage pain and return to doing the things they love. Her experience includes sports injuries, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, dry needling, strapping and taping, acute hospital care, and pain management.
Chanté believes the best outcomes come from working together. She takes the time to listen, understand each person's goals, and create treatment plans that are practical, evidence-based and tailored to each individual. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your movement and performance, she'll support you every step of the way.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Chanté enjoys building genuine relationships with her patients and creating an environment where they feel heard, supported and confident throughout their recovery. Her goal is not only to help people move better but to empower them with the knowledge and confidence to live active, healthy lives long after treatment ends.
Outside the clinic, Chanté enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, and spending time out in nature.
Francis Maranan
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
I am a dedicated physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience since graduating from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2017. Since relocating to Australia, I have been practising as a fully registered physiotherapist, providing evidence-based care to patients across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
I have a special interest in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic neck pain, headaches, lower back disc injuries, muscle spasms, and post-operative rehabilitation.
My treatment approach combines dry needling, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, gym-based rehabilitation, and Pilates-informed exercise programs to support recovery, restore function, and help patients achieve their long-term individual health and lifestyle goals.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy travelling with my wife, exploring newdestinations, and making the most of the South West's incrediblefood scene.
Jay Soliven
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jay completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Manila, Philippines, and brings more than 10 years of experience working across a variety of rehabilitation settings. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in helping people recover from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including low back pain, shoulder instability and tears, as well as post-operative rehabilitation for the hip, knee and ankle.
Jay has a particular passion for working with athletes and active individuals, helping them move better, perform at their best and stay injury-free. Whether you're returning to sport, recovering from surgery, or looking to improve your overall physical function, Jay enjoys guiding patients through every stage of their recovery journey.
His treatment approach combines hands-on physiotherapy with tailored exercise programs, allowing him to deliver effective, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve lasting results. Jay finds the greatest reward in seeing people regain confidence in their bodies and return to doing what they love.
Away from the clinic, Jay is a proud family man and loves spending time with his beautiful daughter. When he's not helping patients, you'll often find him training outdoors, enjoying strength and conditioning workouts, calisthenics, skipping, or running along the beach to maintain his own health and wellbeing.
Mfundo Dlamini
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Originally from Durban, South Africa, Mfundo began his physiotherapy journey at the University of Cape Town, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Since then, he has built a diverse clinical background, driven by a passion for helping people regain their independence, confidence and quality of life.
Early in his career, Mfundo developed a strong interest in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, working with people of all ages recovering from injury, surgery and complex neurological conditions.
Since relocating to Australia in 2023, he has expanded his experience working with children, NDIS participants and older adults, gaining valuable insight into Western Australia's healthcare landscape and supporting patients with a broad range of needs and goals.
Today, Mfundo has a particular interest in occupational physiotherapy, partnering with injured workers and employers to facilitate safe, effective workplace rehabilitation and helping people return to work with confidence while supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Mfundo enjoys making the most of the South West lifestyle. You'll often find him sailing on Koombana Bay, diving in Busselton's crystal-clear waters, or staying active through his long-standing love of Rugby Union, CrossFit and HYROX.
Hayden Reid
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Hayden is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive experience across both private practice and occupational health sectors. Since graduating from Curtin University in 2018, he has developed a passion for post-operative rehabilitation—particularly knee and ankle procedures—as well as managing acute sprains and strains. Hayden combines hands-on manual therapy and dry needling with targeted strength programs to reduce pain and restore optimal movement.
Outside the clinic, Hayden runs the lines as a Boundary Umpire for the South West Football League and enjoys watching a range of sports. Having a sound understanding of the physical demands of sport and job roles in the mining and manufacturing industries, Hayden is committed to helping his patients recover effectively and reach their personal goals.
